Tape operator: As I've said already, this machine has an idiosyncratic quality of-- if you don't-- [if] the buttons aren't pressed right it doesn't record clearly, and the last, say, fourth or fifth-- fifth or sixth-- actually last ten minutes of that, I guess, of Roshi's lecture this afternoon was lost, except for the very last portion which-- because he started talking again-- I turned the machine off, and when I turned it back on it started to record properly.
